Energy Mad has made a big dent in New Zealand's power usage with the Ecobulb®. Now we’re helping Waipa homes save up to $11,000 each with EcoSmartHome over five years.

EcoSmartHome offers a range of products that could save you a significant chunk of your power bill. Plus your home will be warmer, healthier and more environmentally friendly.

Most of the products are supplied at below retail cost and if your home was built before 2000 and you purchase a product package, we can offer you 33% off the cost of insulation (up to a maximum of $1,300 inc GST) and $500 (inc GST) off the cost of a heating device (once your home is properly insulated). If you’re a Community Services Card holder, we can offer even greater discounts.

We start with a home energy assessment, then show where your power bill is going. We’ll also show you how much you could save and  which products will suit your home and lifestyle.

We’ve selected the most cost effective products and we also take all the hassle out of the process by handling consents and installation as well.
